Computer Support and Maintenance Contracts
In order to guarantee the correct level of support, Alfred Ashley has a number of standard support contracts. The contracts are credit based so a customer can pre-purchase a minimum amount of credits, only topping up if they need to.
This gives the customer total freedom, providing a fair charging method compared to fixed fee contracts that many suppliers enforce. Customers can use our services to perform a variety of tasks from administrative functions to solving technical issues.
It's important to note that this type of contract has a retainer fee, which covers the cost of mimicking your environment, so your supported products are readily available.
It also represents our commitment to upgrading products, keeping them in line with your systems - guaranteeing you receive the highest level of support and expertise.
We have 3 standard support contracts. (Fixed cost contracts are available on request)
