Alfred Ashley Group Telephone Number Change

The Alfred Ashley Group has launched new telephone numbers for customers to use:

* Main = 0844 871 1830
* Fax = 0844 871 1831
* Helpdesk = 0844 871 1803

This will provide customers with lower call costs and falls in-line with industry recommendations that are forecasted to become law during Q3 2008. These regulations are focused on 0870 prefixed numbers and we would like to speak to customers that presently have their own 0870 numbers to advise on the regulations. The old numbers are still operational during the transition.

PLEASE REMEMBER ONLY INITIAL CALLS PLACED THROUGH THE HELPDESK NUMBER 0844 871 1803 WILL BE TREATED AS HELPDESK CALLS WITH THE RELEVANT RESPONSE TIMES!

On helpdesk calls, your technician may issue a more direct contact number following the initial contact for each incident, but new incidents will NOT be accepted through the main telephone number. This is vital in order that all calls are recorded, passed to a technician and responded to in the fastest possible time and in most efficient way. We thank you for your assistance with this.
